1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms

10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup

1/3 stick butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 c diced onions

2 c sliced green beans

½ c French-fried onions

3 c chicken broth

1 c grated Cheddar

Salt/Pepper, to taste

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add the mushrooms and onions, then sauté until soft.

Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic. Remove the skillet from the stove.

Place a large pot on the stove and turn the heat to high.

Add in the chicken broth and green beans. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Drain the green beans.

Add the mushrooms, onions, green beans, garlic, French-fried onions, and mushroom soup into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Sprinkle more seasonings if needed.

Apply cooking spray in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on top.

Put it back inside the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
