This recipe has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my grandma used to make this amazing pie all the time! I am so grateful to her for a lot of things including this one because now, I get to share it with you as well. How awesome is that? Well, I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! 1/2 c flour

4 Eggs

1/2 c butter, softened

1 c sugar

1 c shredded coconut

2 c milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, eggs, butter, sugar, shredded coconut, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir everything until well mixed.

Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch pie pan.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until the pie turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest completely at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
