LOADED BAKED OMELET MUFFINS

These heavenly treats are so good! I am so glad that I gave this one a try because I never would have tasted perfection! You need these omelette muffins in your life, I’m telling you! Ingredients:

nonstick cooking spray

9 large whole Eggs

1/4 tsp kosher salt

black pepper

3 strips cooked chopped bacon

3 tablespoons thawed frozen spinach, drained

3 tablespoons diced tomatoes

3 tablespoons diced onion

3 tablespoons diced bell pepper

2 ounces shredded cheddar

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in muffin tins.

Step 3: Add the eggs, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4: Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Step 5: Transfer the mixture into the prepared muffin tins.

Step 6: Place the muffin tins onto a cookie sheet.

Step 7: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
