Are you craving for something sweet but too tired to bake? Then, you have got to give this one a try! This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake is superb. I am 100 per cent sure that you are going to love it. Enjoy!


1/4 c melted butter

50 Oreo cookies (2 300g packages) divided

1/2 c white chocolate chips

24 ounces cream cheese (3 250g/8oz packages)

1 1/2 c powdered sugar

1 1/4 c heavy whipping cream divided


To Make the Crust:

Step 1: In a food processor, add 1 package of Oreo cookies and melted butter. Pulse until well mixed and sticky.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and press it on the bottom and the sides.

To Make the Filling:


Step 1: Add 1/4 cup of cream and white chocolate chips into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Place the bowl inside the microwave and heat until the chocolate chips are melted completely. Stir until well blended.

Step 3: Add the cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Beat until the texture becomes smooth.

Step 4: Add the melted white chocolate and powdered sugar. Beat until well mixed.

Step 5: Add the rest of the cream and beat until well blended and thick.

Step 6: Set aside 5 Oreo cookies and add the rest into a resealable bag. Use a rolling pin to crush them, then transfer them into the cheesecake filling.

Step 7: Transfer the mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.

Step 8: Cover and place it inside the fridge to chill for 5 hours to overnight.

Step 9: Slice into small cuts.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
