Steak, anyone? Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to add more if you want. I am sure that you can do a lot with this very basic recipe! By the way, I would like to thank my dear friend, Alex, for this incredible recipe! I love it so much! Serve this steak with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, and you have yourself a meal to remember! Next time you invite friends over, you have got to serve this! Ingredients:

2 tsp coarse kosher salt

2 tsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Step 1: In a large Ziploc bag, add all the ingredients. Seal and shake until well mixed.

Step 2: Rub the mixing seasonings all over the steak and allow it to sit at room temperature for 40 minutes. This process will make the meat juicier.

Step 3: Prepare the grill and preheat until hot.

Step 4: Add the steak and cook each side for 5 minutes or until brown.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

For medium-rare cook for 5 minutes.

For Medium, cook for 7 minutes.

Well done, cook for 10 minutes.
