Ingredients:

1 ½ c all-purpose flour

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp sea salt

½ c butter softened

¼ c white sugar

½ c brown sugar

1 Egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips

1 (18.25 oz) box yellow cake mix

1 ⅓ c water

⅓ c canola oil

3 Eggs

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.

In another mixing bowl, add butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat until well mixed.

Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended.

Transfer the flour mixture into the butter mixture, then beat until well combined.

Add the chocolate chips and stir until just mixed.

Form small balls out of the mixture, then arrange them onto a baking sheet.

Place the balls inside the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Line with paper liners 24 muffin cups.

Add 3 eggs into a large mixing bowl, then beat until creamy.

Add water, cake mix, and canola oil. Beat until well mixed.

Fill to about 2/3 full each cupcake liner with the batter.

Top each with frozen cookie dough.

Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Remove from the oven allow it to cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
