Old but gold! This Pasta Salad has always been a part of my family since I was a little kid. I remember my Grandma used to make this all the time! Luckily, she taught me the recipe. Now, I get to share it with you as well! As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot to make this recipe even better! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so you just have to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a wonderful day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 (2.25 oz) can black olives, chopped

Directions:

Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.

Add the pasta and cook for a few minutes until firm to bite or al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

In a mixing bowl, add the Italian dressing and salad spice mix. Whisk until well mixed.

In another mixing bowl, add the pasta, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss until well combined.

Place it inside the fridge to chill overnight.

Serve and enjoy!
