1 medium white onion thinly sliced

1.1 kg 2 ½ lb. Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped

¾ tsp Creole Seasoning

1 can 10.75 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup

240 ml 1 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare your crockpot by either using a crockpot liner or spraying the inside with a non-stick spray.

Place the peeled and chopped potatoes in the crockpot, followed by the sliced smoked sausage and the thinly sliced onion. Sprinkle the Creole Seasoning over the ingredients.

In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the cream of mushroom soup and milk together.

Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes and sausage in the crockpot.

Gently stir the ingredients a couple of times to ensure they are evenly coated.

Cover the crockpot and set the temperature to low.

Allow the dish to cook for 7 to 8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and the potatoes to become tender.

Once cooked, serve this comforting and flavorful dish to your eagerly awaiting family and friends.

NOTES

Feel free to use your favorite type of smoked sausage, such as kielbasa or Andouille, to add your own personal touch to the recipe.

For a more vibrant dish, consider adding colorful bell peppers or carrots to the crockpot along with the potatoes and sausage.

This recipe can easily be scaled up or down to suit your needs. Adjust the quantities of ingredients accordingly.

Serve the Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes as a standalone meal or pair it with a side of crusty bread or a fresh green salad for a complete dining experience.
