INGREDIENTS

900 g instant mashed potatoes prepared according to the box (water, butter, milk & salt)

160 g frozen corn

85 g cheddar cheese shredded

25 g parmesan cheese shredded

6 frozen chicken strips

1 packet brown gravy mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Allow the chicken strips to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to thaw. Then, chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Spread the prepared mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle the frozen corn over the mashed potatoes.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese, followed by the shredded parmesan cheese.

Arrange the chopped chicken pieces on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and golden.
