INGREDIENTS

1/2 onion (sliced thick)

1.5 pounds round steak (cut into thin strips)

1 red bell pepper (sliced thick)

1 green bell pepper (sliced thick)

1 1/2 c. beef broth

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Crockpot Pepper Steak

Step 1: In a slow cooker, place the beef, bell peppers, and onions. Then, add the seasonings, brown sugar, and soy sauce over the beef and peppers.

Step 2: Over the meat and veggies, pour the beef broth. Stir well.

Step 3: Put the lid on and set to cook for 5 to 6 hours on low of 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high or until the steak is completely cooked.

Step 4: When done, serve the pepper steak immediately over white rice. Enjoy!
