1 whole fryer

2 sprigs rosemary

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

How to make Oven Roasted Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Take the giblets off the chicken, then rinse the chicken and pat them dry.

Step 3: Mix the butter, seasonings, and lemon zest. Next, loosen the chicken skin. Under the skin of the chicken, rub the seasoned butter on the entire chicken.

Step 4: Place the quartered lemon and rosemary inside the cavity of the chicken. If preferred, tie the legs of the chicken.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature of the chicken reached 175 degrees.
