This one-pan cheesy smoked sausage and pasta is always a huge hit at home! This quickly climbed the ladder to my family’s favourite for great reasons. This recipe is undoubtedly a must and a keeper!

I prefer easy and quick recipes that require a few ingredients to make any time. And if I can make it in a single pan, I feel like hitting the jackpot! Being a full-time working mom, I most of the time struggle to find enough time to whip up a decent meal for my family. Thus, I always prep meals in advance. Thank goodness for recipes like this, I can throw together fresh meals for my family, even for an impromptu date night with my husband.

This one-pan wonder is seriously good! I used heavy cream instead of milk because of youngest is lactose intolerant. I can also easily make this gluten-free by using gluten-free pasta. This recipe is truly a gem!
