It is made with pantry ingredients and ready in less than twenty-five minutes – this casserole tastes insanely good! The best part is, that you can throw this together with very little effort!

1/4 c. Unsalted Sweet Butter
3 Strips of Bacon, Cooked (Crispy)
1/2 c. Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper
How to make Baked Potato Casserole
Step 1: After peeling the potatoes, slice them into cubes and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
Step 2: In the meantime, cook the bacon until crispy. When done, transfer the cooked bacon to paper towels and set aside to cool.
Step 3: Drain the potatoes when done and transfer them into a casserole dish. Over the potatoes, pour the melted butter and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Step 4: Once the bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble them.
Step 5: To the potatoes with shredded cheese, then crumbled bacon and chives.
Step 6: Place the casserole in a preheated 375 degrees F oven and bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
