Enjoy an easy meal with your fave Chinese restaurant dish with ramen in under thirty minutes any time with this incredible recipe. This is the best beef and broccoli stir fry with a fun twist!



2 tbsp honey

1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce

1/3 c. beef broth

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/8 tsp cracked red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, minced

Stir Fry:

1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and sliced into 1 1/2” strips (about 1/4” thickness)

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

2 (3 oz.) packages of ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded

3 c. fresh broccoli florets

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Sesame seeds, garnish

1/2 c. water

How to make Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry

Step 1: For the sauce, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch in a medium bowl until the lumps are gone. Add in the beef broth along with honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cracked red pepper. Mix well and set aside.


Step 2: Cook the ramen in a medium pot with boiling water for about 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Drain when done and rinse under cold water. To prevent the ramen noodles from sticking, drizzle with 1 tbsp sesame oil.

Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, season the steak with salt and pepper. To the hot skillet, add the seasoned steaks and sear for about 3 minutes, undisturbed, until the first side has browned. Stir and cook further until the steals are cooked through. This takes another 2 minutes. Set the steaks aside and drain the excess grease off.

Step 4: To the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil along with the broccoli. Next, pour in half a cup of water to cover the broccoli. Cook for about 2 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and fork-tender, but not mushy.

Step 5: Return the steak to the skillet along with the cooked noodles.

Step 6: Give the sauce a final stir before pouring it into the skillet. Toss the ingredients and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 7: Serve the beef and broccoli ramen stir fry right away garnished with some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
