Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ c olive oil

¼ c tomato sauce

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

Add the garlic, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, and olive oil into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Add cayenne pepper, basil, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Add the shrimp and toss until well coated with the seasonings.

Cover the bowl and place it inside the fridge. Marinate the shrimp for about 30 minutes or 1 hour. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Prepare the grill and preheat to medium.

Use a skewer to pierce the shrimp with it from the tail to the head.

Brush the grill with oil.

Place the shrimp over the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
