Creamy, delicious, and easy! These three words best describe my experience with this Crispy Cheddar Chicken! I am so glad that I gave this recipe a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Oh, man, you need this in your life. My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a wonderful day, friends. Enjoy!

Slice each chicken breast into large pieces.

Add the Ritz crackers into a food processor, then pulse until ground.

Distribute the cracker crumbs, cheese, and milk in individual pans/bowls.

Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon into the cracker crumbs, then stir until well mixed.

Dredge each chicken piece into the milk, cheese, and crumbs. Make sure to coat each completely and shake off any excess.

Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Sprinkle dried parsley on top of each chicken piece.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Cover the baking pan with aluminium foil.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken pieces for about 35 minutes.

Remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown.

Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the sour cream, butter, and cream of chicken soup. Whisk until well mixed.

Turn the heat to medium-high and simmer the mixture until hot.

Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and spread it evenly.

Serve and enjoy!
