Ingredients:
PIE CRUST:
2 pre-cooked deep-dish flaky pie crusts (cooled)
TOPPING:
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
7 ounces flaked coconut
1 jar(s) caramel topping, 12 ounces
FILLING:
1 pkg cream cheese (softened), 8 ounces
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
1-16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Step 1: Use a fork to poke small holes on top of the prepared ready-made pie crust.
Step 2: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 3: Place the crust inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until done.
Step 4: Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add butter and allow it to melt.
Step 6: Add the pecans and coconut. Stir and cook until they turn golden brown. Remove from the heat.
Step 7: In a mixing bowl, add the sweetened milk and cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
Step 8: Add the Cool Whip and stir until well blended.
Step 9: Spread the mixture into the prepared crust.
Step 10: Add about 1/4 of the caramel on top.
Step 11: Add 1/4 of the pecan mixture. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
