EASY FRIED RICE

This will be the fried rice recipe you will ever try! Give it a try and feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil or canola oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 c peas frozen

1/2 c carrots chopped (frozen or fresh)

2 green onion chopped

3 c cooked rice (day old if possible)

1/4 c soy sauce low sodium

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 Eggs

Directions:

Step 1: Place a wok on the stove and turn the heat to high.

Step 2: Add sesame oil and vegetable oil, then allow them to become hot.

Step 3: Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4: Add carrots, peas, and green onions and sauté until translucent.

Step 5: Add the cold rice, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Toss until well combined.

Step 6: Cook for 3 minutes or until done.

Step 7: Shove the rice to the side, then add the eggs in the middle of the wok. Cook the eggs, then stir everything until well combined.

Step 8: Transfer into a serving bowl.

Step 9: Serve hot and enjoy!
