Nothing beats this Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp! Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try! Every bite is as if the ocean lives in your mouth! Taste the freshness of the shrimp with the delicious garlic and herbs! Make sure to serve these bad boys immediately. They taste best when hot! Serve them over rice or pasta, and you have yourself a meal to remember! By the way, feel free to make this recipe a spicy version. Just simply add chilli powder to the marinade. Ingredients:

2 tsp ground paprika

2 tbsp fresh minced garlic

2 tsp Italian seasoning blend

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

¼ c olive oil

½ tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp dried basil leaves

2 tbsp brown sugar, packed

2 lbs large shrimp (21-25 per pound), peeled and deveined

Directions:

Add garlic, paprika, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, basil, olive oil, brown sugar, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Add the shrimp and toss until well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then place it inside the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.

Prepare the grill and preheat to medium-high.

Brush the grill with a bit of oil.

Remove the shrimp from the bowl, then shake off any excess liquid.

Put the shrimp onto the preheated grill and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until done.

Remove from the grill onto a clean serving plate.

Serve immediately with lemon slices on the side and enjoy!
