1/4 c mayonnaise

1 tbsp honey

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add the sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and Frank’s Hot Sauce. Stir until well blended.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Add vegetable oil and allow it to become hot.

In a mixing bowl, add flour, buttermilk, hot sauce, egg, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Dredge each chicken into the buttermilk mixture, then into the Panko crumbs. Make sure to coat each completely and shake off any excess.

Add the chicken into the hot oil and cook each for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Repeat the process to the rest of the chicken.

Drizzle sweet chilli sauce over the fried chicken.

Serve hot and enjoy!
