Hello there, friends! I hope you are all doing well today. This recipe that I am sharing with you today is my Grandma’s recipe. This has been a part of our family since I was little. I remember waking up to the smell of these delicious treats! My Grams was a very skilled pastry chef. She taught me a lot of recipes but this one will always be my favourite. Aside from the awesome flavours, it is also very easy to make. No need to bake these heavenly treats. Just put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours, and they are good to go! Yeah, as simple as that. As perfect as this recipe already is, feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am certain that you can make this even better. Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping. By the way, don’t forget to share this recipe with your peers as well. Have a wonderful day, friends. Enjoy!

2 c peanut butter

1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips

1 (11 oz) package butterscotch chips

1 tsp canola oil

3 c shoestring potatoes

Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low.

Add the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Stir and cook until melted completely.

Add oil and stir until well mixed.

Remove the pan from the heat, then add the potatoes. Stir until well combined.

Spoon the mixture and drop each onto a waxed paper.

Place them inside the fridge to chill for about 2 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
