1 large boule

1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 (8-ounces) wheel Brie, cut into thin strips

1 (15-ounces) can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Line with parchment paper a large baking sheet.

Slice crosshatch through the boule in different directions with a serrated knife. Make sure not to slice deep.

In a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.

Brush the prepared boule with the butter mixture.

Stuff the boule with cranberry sauce and Brie.

Wrap the whole boule with aluminium foil.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
