1/2 pound deli-sliced ham

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray in an 8×8-inch baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, chives, salt, and pepper. Beat until well mixed.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add the eggs and use a spatula to make curds out of the mixture. Remove from the heat.

Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, then put the dough on it. Unroll and slice into quarters.

Top each rectangle with a layer of shredded cheese and egg.

Put ham over each rectangle on top of the cheese.

Roll and seal the sides.

Slice each roll into quarters.

Arrange them into the prepared baking pan cut side up.

Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake the pinwheels for about 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle chives on top.

Serve and enjoy!
