Breakfast for champions! This Deluxe Classic Egg Salad is my ultimate breakfast meal! This was my mom’s recipe. She taught me how to make this when I was about 10 years old. She is a very good cook and I learned a lot from her. Now, I still look up to her when it comes to cooking. Nothing will ever compare to our mom’s cooking, right? Well, anyway, I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step for they will guide you to perfection! You are more than welcome to modify this recipe to your liking. Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping. Am I right? Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped or squished with a fork.

Croissants or Bread

1 tbsp Mayo (or more if desired)

1 tsp onion, grated

2 tbsp butter, room temperature

3 oz cream cheese, room temperature

2 tbsp celery, minced

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

Paprika (optional)

Dill Pickle Relish (optional)

Bacon (optional)

Directions:

Add cream cheese and butter into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.

Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Add the eggs and beat until well mixed.

Garnish with pickle relish or paprika.

Serve over croissants or bread.

Serve and enjoy!
