This recipe was passed on to me by my grandmother. She had a lot of great recipes, but this one has always been my favourite. Aside from the delicious taste, it is also very easy to cook. In just about 35 minutes, you will surely have the best lunch or dinner today! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to tweak this recipe to your liking. Ingredients:

5 lbs. cream cheese

1 c shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 c sour cream

1 8 oz. package Crab Delight Chunk or Flake style will work

1 medium sweet onion sliced into thin rings

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 c shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder,

Pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Shred the crab meat into small pieces, then put them into a mixing bowl.

Add the shredded Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream into the bowl with the shredded crab meat. Stir until well mixed.

Add all the spices and onion, then stir again until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish, then spread it evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
