This is another amazing slow cooker meal you can make whenever without a fuss! This does not only tastes good but smells nice, too. Dinner is served right after you step foot in your home.

Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts bottoms trimmed

3 medium potatoes peeled and chopped

1 lb beef kielbasa cut into 2” pieces

3 stalks celery chopped

2 c. beef broth

1 medium onion chopped

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

How to make Slow Cooker Kielbasa, Brussels Sprouts, And Potatoes

Step 1: To your slow cooker, add all the ingredients (Brussels sprouts, potatoes, beef kielbasa, celery, beef broth, onion, brown sugar, salt, and pepper). Mix well to make sure the broth coats everything.

Step 2: Cover and set to cook for 5 hours on low.

Step 3: To serve, enjoy over egg noodles or rice.
