This Pizza recipe is just too perfect! Oh, man, this will surely be your favourite after one bite! A big thanks by the way to my dear friend, Anita, for this incredible recipe. I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! Feel free to add more ingredients if you want. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Aside from the amazing flavours, this recipe is also a great bonding experience for you and your kids! Yes, my kids are always super excited every time we work together in the kitchen! I figured I needed to teach them young how to cook because that’s how I learned. My mom taught me how to cook when I was just 8 years old. Anyway, enough with the long introduction. Ingredients:

1 recipe your favourite pizza dough (or store-bought, at room temperature)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 c sliced mushrooms

Handful chopped fresh spinach

Top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat 246 degrees C or 475 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a sheet pan.

Step 3: Add the dough into the prepared sheet pan.

Step 4: Brush the dough with olive oil.

Step 5: Sprinkle cheese, garlic, spinach, and mushrooms on top.

Step 6: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.

Step 7: Remove from the oven and garnish it with red pepper flakes and basil.

Step 8: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
