Ingredients:

12 ounces jumbo pasta shells

1 tablespoon kosher salt

30 ounces whipped cottage cheese

6 ounces Parmesan cheese grated

1 Egg

1 to 2 garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced

3/4 c fresh basil leaves finely chopped (about 8 to 10 leaves)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

28 ounces marinara sauce

8 ounces mozzarella cheese grated

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Spread 1/2 of the marinara sauce onto the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly on the bottom.

Step 4: Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the water to boil.

Step 5: Toss in the pasta shells and cook for about 3 minutes or until al dente.

Step 6: Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 7: Add the Parmesan cheese, whipped cottage cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, basil, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Step 8: Stuff each shell with the mixture and arrange them onto the prepared baking dish over the sauce.

Step 9: Spread the rest of the sauce over the shells.

Step 10: Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Step 11: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.

Step 12: Serve hot and enjoy!
