Ingredients:

4.2 oz butter soft

4.2 oz powdered Sugar

3 Eggs

pinch salt

2 tsp Baking Powder

7 oz All-purpose Flour

3 Apples medium to large-sized

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

½ tsp Cinnamon ground

Directions:

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and sugar. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Add the eggs and beat until well blended.

Step 3: Add the baking powder and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Add the flour gradually and whisk continuously. It should resemble a smooth batter.

Step 5: Slice the peeled apples.

Step 6: Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 7: Line with paper liner in a springform pan.

Step 8: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly on the bottom.

Step 9: Place the apple slices over the batter.

Step 10: Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the apple slices.

Step 11: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.

Step 12: Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
