1 pound of hot sausage (pork or turkey)

1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese

2 pkg of crescent rolls


Dash salt & ground black pepper


Step 1: Place a sauté pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Add sausage and cook until brown. Discard any excess grease.

Step 3: Season the sausage with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and well mixed.

Step 5: Unroll 1 pack of crescent rolls onto a baking sheet.

Step 6: Seal the seams by pressing them with your fingers.

Step 7: Add sausage mixture on top and spread it evenly.

Step 8: Unroll the 2nd pack of the crescent roll and place it over the sausage mixture. Seal the edges of the rolls.

Step 9: Place the baking sheet inside the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F or until the dough turns golden brown.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Step 11: Slice into small squares and enjoy!
