Creamy, flavorful baked caesar chicken that takes only 4 simple ingredients to make and is ready in no time! Super easy, not fussy tender and moist chicken smothered in glorious caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. What’s great is no need to season the chicken because the dressing is enough. Melt in your mouth dish that is so simple to make and will impress everybody!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts-boneless skinless

1 c caesar-salad dressing

1 ½ c parmesan-cheese grated

½ c sour-cream optional

How to make Baked Caesar Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to grease the inside of an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and onto a flat surface. Pound the breasts with a meat pounder to even the thickness to about ¾”-1″ thickness.

Step 4: Sprinkle the pound chicken breasts with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper. And place the seasoned breasts into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: In a small bowl, mix the Caesar dressing and sour cream. Evenly pour this over the breasts and sprinkle on top some grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about half an hour.

Step 7: Adjust the oven to broil and broil for about 2 to 4 minutes or until the chicken breasts are golden brown.

Step 8: You know when it is done when a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 degrees F.

Step 9: Take the dish out of the oven and allow the chicken to rest before serving for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 10: If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
