4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt, divided
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c grated Parmesan
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ c chopped fresh spinach
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Lay the chicken breasts onto the chopping board and rub oil all over them.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Season each chicken with the mixed seasonings.
Step 5: Slit a pocket on each side of the chicken breasts.
Step 6: In a small mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, red pepper, garlic, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 7: Fill each chicken breast with the mixture and arrange them into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 8: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
