Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

¾ c sour cream

1 (15 oz) can green beans, drained and liquid reserved, divided

1 processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), sliced

1 lb frozen bite-sized potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 3: Add the ground beef. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until crumbly and brown.

Step 4: Discard any excess grease.

Step 5: Add onion and saute for 5 minutes or until translucent.

Step 6: In a small mixing bowl, add sour cream, green bean liquid, and condensed soup. Stir until well mixed.

Step 7: In the skillet with the beef, add the green beans. Stir until combined.

Step 8: Remove from the heat and move the mixture into a casserole dish.

Step 9: Add sliced cheese on top followed by the frozen potato nuggets.

Step 10: Add the sauce on top.

Step 11: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour or until done.

Step 12: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for a few minutes.

Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
