1 box (14.1 ounces) Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust, thawed
1 tsp water
3/4 c lemon curd
1/2 c marshmallow fluff
1 c frozen whipped topping, thawed
Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply non-stick baking spray in 8 cannoli forms.
Step 3: Unroll the pie dough and slice it into quarters. About 1/2-inch.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add water and egg. Whisk until well blended.
Step 5: Wrap a pie all over each cannoli and seal each with the egg wash.
Step 6: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 7: Arrange the wrapped dough onto the prepared baking sheet, then place the baking sheet inside the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the freezer and place it inside the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Step 10: In a small mixing bowl, add the marshmallow fluff and lemon curd. Stir until well combined.
Step 11: Add the whipped topping and stir until well mixed.
Step 12: Transfer the mixture into a ziptop bag.
Step 13: Pipe the filling over the pie shells.
