Ingredients:

To make horns/cones:

12 sugar ice-cream cones

Aluminium foil as much needed to cover the cones

2 sheets of frozen Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry thawed

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons milk

For Chocolate Cream:

1 and a half cup heavy whipping cream

¼ c cocoa powder

½ c powdered sugar

For Chocolate Ganache:

½ c chocolate chips

½ c heavy whipping cream

Directions:

To make horns/cones:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Line with parchment paper in a baking tray.

Step 3: Add the cinnamon powder and sugar into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 4: Wrap with aluminium foil each of the ice-cream cones. Make sure to seal the ends.

Step 5: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and lay the pastry on it. Roll to about 10×15-inches and slice it into 1-inch even cuts.

Step 6: Beginning with the pointy end, wrap each cone to about 1/3.

Step 7: Brush each cone with milk and generously sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top.

Step 8: Arrange the scones onto the prepared baking tray.

Step 9: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the colour turns golden brown.

Step 10: Remove the cones from the oven and remove the cones out. Allow them to cool completely.

To Make the Chocolate Ganache:

Step 1: Place the heavy whipping cream inside the microwave and heat for about 45 seconds.

Step 2: Add the chocolate chips and allow them to cool for about 5 minutes, then stir until well blended.

To Make the Chocolate Cream:

Step 1: Add the cream, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar into a beater. Beat for about 5 minutes or until well blended.

Step 2: Move the mixture into a piping bag.

To Assemble the Cream Horns:

Step 1: Spread the chocolate ganache around the cones.

Step 2: Dip each cone into the chocolate ganache.

Step 3: Place them inside the fridge to chill for about 40 minutes.

Step 4: Fill each cone with whipped cream.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
