I love these cookies so much! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Serve these bad boys with a nice glass of juice and you have yourself a snack to remember. Have a wonderful day, friends. I hope you are all well. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 ½ c unsalted butter, softened

¼ c white sugar

3 ½ c all-purpose flour

1 medium lemon, zested

½ c lemon curd

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 165 degrees C 325 degrees F.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the sugar and butter. Beat until well blended.

Step 3: Add the flour gradually together with the lemon zest. Stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Form 1-inch balls out of the dough, then arrange them onto a cookie sheet.

Step 5: Use your thumb to press each in the middle to make an indentation.

Step 6: Fill each indention with the lemon curd.

Step 7: Place the cookies inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Step 8: Remove the cookies inside the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
