Ingredients:

nonstick cooking spray

1 c dry bread crumbs

1 c shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp dried parsley

1 ½ tsp garlic powder

1-pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter, melted, or more to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3: In a plastic bag, add the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and parsley. Seal the bag and shake until everything is well combined.

Step 4: Add the shrimp and shake until well coated with the mixture.

Step 5: Arrange the shrimp into the greased baking dish, then sprinkle the rest of the seasonings on top and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 6: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 7: Broil for 2 more minutes or until the top turns golden brown.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
