HAMBURGER, SAUSAGE, BROCCOLI ALFREDO – LOW CARB

All you need today is this delicious dish! Oh, man, I’m telling you. You have got to bite your teeth into this luscious dish. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step for they will guide you to perfection!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 pound bulk sausage (breakfast or Italian will work)

1 teaspoon oregano, dried

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

10-12 ounces fresh broccoli

1 pkg cream cheese, 8 ounces

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Add hamburger, garlic, and onions. Cook until brown, aromatic, and translucent.

Step 3: Add oregano, salt, and pepper to season. Stir until well mixed, then discard any excess grease.

Step 4: Steam the broccoli, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cream cheese. Place it inside the microwave and heat it for about 45 seconds. Stir until the texture becomes smooth.

Step 6: Add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.

Step 7: Apply cooking spray in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.

Step 8: Add the hamburger, cream sauce, and broccoli into the prepared casserole dish. Stir until well mixed, then add more seasonings if needed.

Step 9: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Step 10: Place it inside the oven preheated to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
