MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SWIRL FUDGE

Ingredients:

1 (24 oz) package white almond bark, broken in half

12 oz peanut butter, or more to taste

3 (1.5 oz) bars milk chocolate candy bars (such as Hershey’s®)

Directions:

Step 1: Apply cooking spray or line with waxed paper on an 8-inch square pan.

Step 2: In a microwavable bowl, add 1/2 of the almond bark.

Step 3: Place the bowl inside the microwave and heat for about 1 to 3 minutes or until melted completely. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds.

Step 4: Remove the almond bark from the microwave and add in peanut butter. Stir until well mixed.

Step 5: Add the other half of the almond bark and press it to the bottom of the mixing bowl.

Step 6: Place the bowl inside the microwave and heat for about 1 minute or until melted completely.

Step 7: Remove the bowl from the oven and transfer the melted ingredients/fudge into the prepared pan.

Step 8: In another microwavable bowl, add the chocolate bars and place the bowl inside the microwave. Heat for 1-3 minutes or until melted completely. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds.

Step 9: Remove the bowl from the microwave and drizzle the mixture on top of the fudge.

Step 10: Use a knife to swirl or swish the chocolate with the fudge.

Step 11: Place the fudge inside the fridge for 1 hour or until set.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Make sure to remove the fudge from the fridge once it is already solid or else, it would be hard to cut it into pieces.

If it is too hard to cut, allow it to sit at room temperature first for a few minutes.
