Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 25 mins | Total time: 30 mins | Yield: 48 BALLS

I cannot remember how many times I’ve made these Spicy Chicken Cheeseballs! These quickly became a favourite at home and my go-to appetizer because these cheeseballs are not only easy and quick to make with just eight ingredients, but they are crazy delicious. Sausage balls were always the star of every party I hosted, not until I found this recipe. So if you want to change things up a little and want something new and exciting, this simple recipe is a must-try! Plus, these cheese balls are super freezer-friendly, either baked or not.

These spicy chicken cheese balls are not only perfect for parties, but you can serve them for dinner, too, with either starch or veggies like mashed potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, green beans, corn, or peas.

INGREDIENTS

3 c. all-purpose baking mix Bisquick or Arrowhead Mills brands have both been tested

½ tsp oregano

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

dash of salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN CHEESEBALLS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. And using parchment paper, line a baking sheet and set it aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl, place the Bisquick, ground chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix using your hands or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until well combined.

Step 3: Form the mixture into about 1-inch diameter small balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and pop in the preheated oven to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese balls are golden brown and their internal temperature reached 165 degrees.

NOTE:

Feel free to use two large pans if you want the cheeseballs not touching each other. I used one pan as I am okay with them touching.
