I love this Pineapple Pie so much! This was my third time making it this week! Yeah, that’s how good it is! I will never get tired of recommending this to my friends, and that includes you! A big thanks to my dear friend, Agnes, for this spectacular recipe! I am so glad that I gave it a try because I never would have tasted perfection! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 250g pkg of cream cheese, softened

1/2 c sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Eggs

1/2 c milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 c sugar

1 c crushed pineapple, with juice

1 unbaked frozen 9-inch pie shell

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Add cream cheese, salt, and 1/2 cup of sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.

Add the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Beat until well blended.

Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Add 1/2 cup sugar, crushed pineapple, and cornstarch. Stir until well mixed.

Allow the mixture to boil for about 2 minutes. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.

Pour the mixture into the pie shell and spread it evenly.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pineapple mixture.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

Turn the heat down to about 325 degrees F, then bake for another 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
