Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese (half of 8-oz package), softened

1/4 c hot sauce or red pepper sauce

2 1/2 c chopped cooked chicken (1/2-inch pieces)

1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)

2cans (8 ounces) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)

1/3 c crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Add hot sauce and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Add the shredded cheese and chicken. Stir until well mixed.

Unroll the cans of dough, then slice them into 16 even triangles.

Arrange the triangles onto a large cookie sheet in a circular pattern leaving a small hole in the middle. It should look like a sun.

Trace the circle and spoon the cream cheese mixture in a circular pattern.

Top it with the blue cheese crumbles.

Roll the pointy end of the dough enclosing the cream cheese mixture.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature.

Slice into small pieces.

Serve and enjoy!
