A winner, a head-turner, a must, and a keeper! This French Onion Beef casserole easily won my heart and everyone around the dinner table. It’s so good with only a few ingredients blended to give the most delicious meal we deserve tonight. A comforting, packed with flavour casserole filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles. Serve this with your favourite veggies (mine is with some garlic bread) for a light yet belly comforting meal.

We all love a good casserole and we have our favourites. Casseroles are diverse, super easy to throw together, and a complete meal in one. It’s one in a million to find casserole dishes that we dislike because casseroles are simply amazing.

10 oz. dried egg noodles

2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip

1 c. French’s fried onions

How to make French Onion Beef Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: With non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Step 3: In a large pot of water, cook the egg noodles following the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 4: In a large skillet, cook and crumble the beef until no longer pink over medium-high heat. Drain the excess grease.

Step 5: In the same skillet with the beef, add in the soups and French onion dip. Stir well. Add in the cooked egg noodles and fold to coat with the mixture.

Step 6: Into the prepared pan, transfer the mixture and evenly top with the fried onions.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated.

Step 8: Once cooked, remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
