Bell peppers stuffed with scrumptious ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, black beans, and cheese are cooked to perfection. Perfect for a no-fuss dinner that your whole family will love!

With minimal preparation, you’ ‘ll have a delicious dinner on your table without too much effort. Like this Slow Cooker Stuffed Bell Peppers. One of my favourites and my go-to for busy days or for when I have guests coming over. The presentation is impressive, and the taste is no less!

INGREDIENTS

6 Large Bell Peppers

1 lb lean ground beef

1/2 c onion chopped

1 14 ounces can diced tomatoes

1 c wild rice cooked (any kind of rice will work)

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 1/4 c shredded cheese divided

1/4 c water to put on the bottom of the slow cooker

HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Step 1:Remove the top of the peppers. Scrape the seeds and membranes out, then set aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, place the ground beef, onion, diced tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a cup of cheese. Mix well. And with the mixture, stuff the bell peppers.

Step 3: In the bottom of a slow cooker, add water.

Step 4: Set on low and cook for 6 hours or 4 hours on high, or until the peppers are soft and then ground beef is cooked through.

Step 6: Sprinkle the rest of the cheese fifteen minutes before serving and allow it to melt.
