1 1/2 c water
2 packets chicken gravy mix
1 1/4 c Condensed Chicken Soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about a pound)
1/2 c sour cream
How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Breast with Gravy
Step 1: With garlic powder, black pepper, and salt the entire chicken breasts.
Step 2: Place the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper in a slow cooker. Whisk until smooth.
Step 3: To the slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and coat both sides.
Step 4: Cover with the lid. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 hours on low.
Step 5: After the 4 or 5 hours mark, remove the cover and take the chicken out of the oven. Shred or cut the chicken breasts.
Step 6: Into the slow cooker, add the sour cream. Whisk until incorporated and smooth.
