2 1/2 tbsp. olive or avocado oil (30g)
4 fully cooked sausages, sliced into circles 1/4 inch thick (350g)
1 tbsp. minced garlic (6g)
1 small head of cabbage, shredded (500g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 tsp black pepper (2g)
Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat (1g)
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet (preferably 12-inch) over medium-high heat.
