Optional: 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat (1g)

Directions:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet (preferably 12-inch) over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add sliced sausages. Sauté, flipping the sausage frequently, for 1-2 minutes or until the sausage slices have some browning. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil to the skillet with garlic. Sauté for 1 minute or until garlic starts to get a golden color.
