1 can of Rotel
A handful of chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with minced garlic, freshly ground black pepper, and Sazon perfecta seasoning. While the meat is cooking, in a separate deep skillet, heat the oil and add the pasta shells. Stir and cook until the shells turn golden brown.
Drain any excess grease from the cooked ground beef, then add the meat to the skillet with the pasta shells. Pour in the water, granulated Knorr chicken bouillon, granulated Knorr tomato bouillon, diced serrano chiles, chopped onion, Rotel, chopped cilantro, garlic and onion powder, red Sazon packets, and the bay leaf. Adjust the seasonings according to your taste preferences.
Stir the mixture well, cover the skillet, and let it cookon medium-high heat until the pasta shells reach al dente perfection. This typically takes around 10-12 minutes, but keep an eye on it and stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the shells are cooked to your desired texture, remove the skillet from the heat and get ready to savor the flavors. Serve the Mexican Pasta Shells with Ground Beef while it’s still hot and watch as your loved ones gather around, eagerly digging into this delicious meal.
NOTES
If you prefer a milder heat level, you can reduce the amount of diced serrano chiles or remove the seeds before adding them.
Don’t forget to adjust the garlic and onion powder according to your taste. You can start with a small amount and gradually add more until you achieve the desired flavor.
