1/2 c. Shredded or Ground Parmesan Cheese

2 c. Shredded White Cheddar Cheese

1-1/4 c. heavy cream

1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp White Pepper

How to make Cauliflower Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Into smaller florets, cut the cauliflower, discarding the stack and other leaves.

Step 3: Add the cauliflower into a pot of boiling water and cook until tender but still somewhat crunchy. When done, drain the cauliflower, getting rid of as much moisture as possible. Then, into a small casserole dish, spread the cauliflower.

Step 4: Place the eggs in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Then, whisk in the cream followed by the melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, celery salt, and onion powder.

Step 5: Into the egg mixture, mix in the white cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Over the cauliflower, pour the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 6: Serve as a side or main dish. Enjoy!
