These baked boneless pork chops are my go-to when I am too lazy to cook, or I just do not have any inspiration to throw a meal together. It’s incredibly easy to make and guarantees the best pork chop meal you can make at any time. Serve these scrumptious baked boneless pork chops with roasted potatoes, salad, or roasted vegetables for a simple weeknight meal that your entire family will love!

INGREDIENTS

1 medium onion sliced julienne

8 boneless pork chops (1/2 to 1” thick) (count two per person)

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

3-4 garlic cloves, sliced

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: On a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (or a pan huge enough to fit the meat in a single layer). lay the pork chops and generously sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary on both sides.

Step 3: Toss the sliced onion together with the meat.

Step 4: Then, add the halved garlic cloves to the meat.

Step 5: Drizzle with oil and pour in the red wine.

Step 6: Tightly tent the baking dish with aluminium foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Uncover and bake further until the internal temperature of the meat reads 145 degrees F. This takes another 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the baked boneless pork chops with roasted potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables, etc. Enjoy!
