How to make Cheese Stuffed Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Step 1: Into a bowl of a stand mixer, place 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Beat on low speed until combined.

Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk the milk, water, and butter. Heat in the microwave for 15-second increments on high until very warm. Then, add the flour mixture followed by the egg.

Step 3: Whisk with the paddle attachment on medium speed for about 2 minutes, scraping the bowl as required. Then, add a cup of flour, beating at high speed for about 2 minutes. Mix in just enough flour to form the dough into a ball.

Step 4: Knead the dough on a lightly floured countertop and knead it for about 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Or do this on your stand mixer.

Step 5: Using a towel, tent the dough and allow the dough to rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 6: Using a nonstick spray, grease a 10-cup bundt pan and set it aside.

Step 7: Into 32 pieces or cubes, cut the cheese and set aside.

Step 8: Slice the dough into 32 pieces and wrap each around a piece of cheese.

Step 9: To make the filling, mix the butter with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herb seasoning in a small bowl.

Step 10: Into the melted butter mixture, dip each dough ball, and put them in the prepared pan. Over the rolls, pour the rest of the butter, then tent with a towel. Allow the dough to rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.

Step 11: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 12: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the bread for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven when done and let the bread cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting on a serving plate.

Step 13: When ready, serve the pull-apart bread warm. Enjoy!
